We were excited to begin the process of buying a home, but are very young, desirous of being financially responsible, and were largely clueless about the process. We considered ourselves tremendously blessed and incredibly lucky to have had Rod on our team, especially from the very beginning of the process. We were totally confident and comfortable with his input, both that he was trustworthy and that he was knowledgeable. He did an excellent job guiding us through the process, finding suitable listings, and helping us pick out what we liked and didn't like about different properties. Rod helped the home buying process go incredibly smoothly and handled contract negotiation super well.
